Trust and Safety Analyst – Remote

About the role

The Trust and Safety Analyst protects the integrity of an online platform by identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks such as fraud, harassment, misinformation, and harmful content. Working remotely, you will enforce community standards, investigate policy violations, and support users facing abusive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth investigations of complex safety reports, including hate speech, illegal content, and coordinated abuse.
• Apply and interpret internal policies with high accuracy, proposing updates for emerging threats.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve detection tools and reduce harmful content at scale.
• Analyze data to uncover new abuse vectors and proactively escalate findings.
• Handle high‑priority escalations, law‑enforcement requests, and crisis situations with composure and privacy protection.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Trust & Safety, Risk Operations, or Intelligence Analysis within tech or social‑media.
• Strong emotional intelligence and self‑care strategies for exposure to disturbing content.
• Fluent English with excellent written communication and the ability to explain policy decisions clearly.
• Proven ability to make rapid, high‑stakes decisions under pressure.
