French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. You will interact with customers from French‑ and English‑speaking regions via voice calls and live chat, ensuring every contact feels professional, clear, and friendly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate support in French and English through phone and chat channels.
• Troubleshoot customer issues step‑by‑step and guide them to successful resolutions.
• Log all interactions precisely in our ticketing system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and product updates.
• Represent the brand with patience, professionalism, and empathy.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments and CRM concepts is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias ticketing platform.
• Proficiency in Zendesk.
• Knowledge of Shopify or similar e‑commerce tools.
