Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual professional to join our remote team as a French‑English Customer Support Representative. You will interact with customers from French‑speaking regions via phone and live chat, helping them with order tracking, product questions, and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in both French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a calm, solutions‑first mindset.
• Document every interaction accurately in our support system.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Ability to stay calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
