Certified Yamaha Outboard Motor Technician – Djibouti

About the role

We are looking for a Certified Yamaha Outboard Motor Technician to join our marine services team in Djibouti. The role involves maintaining and repairing Yamaha outboard engines as well as other critical equipment such as compressors and generators.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on Yamaha outboard boat motors.
• Service and maintain air compressors, generators and related marine equipment.
• Ensure all machinery operates safely, efficiently and complies with industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and spare‑parts inventory.
• Provide technical support and advice to the operational team as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience servicing Yamaha outboard motors with a valid Yamaha certification.
• Technical qualification or apprenticeship in mechanical, marine or electrical engineering.
• Ability to quickly diagnose faults and propose effective solutions.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Djibouti full‑time under a local employment package.
