French Bilingual Customer Support Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our remote customer support team. As the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, you will provide assistance via phone, live chat, and email, ensuring every interaction is helpful, courteous, and solution‑focused.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top‑tier support in French and English through voice and chat channels.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective resolutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers through clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM systems is a plus.
• Experience with tools such as Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is advantageous.
