French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global team. In this remote position you will interact with customers via voice calls and live chat, providing clear, friendly, and professional assistance in both languages.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely, accurate support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and guide users step‑by‑step toward solutions.
• Log all interactions precisely in the ticketing system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
