French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, handling inbound calls, live chat and email with a focus on timely, friendly assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide voice and chat support in French and English, answering customer inquiries and resolving issues.
• Troubleshoot product or service problems, delivering solutions that prioritize the customer experience.
• Maintain clear, empathetic communication to build strong relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service across channels.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools, processes and overall service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support platforms.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
