French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our fully remote team as a Customer Service Representative. You will be the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering assistance through phone calls and live chat while helping to build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English via voice and chat.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver effective solutions.
• Accurately document all customer interactions.
• Share feedback and insights to improve processes and products.
• Collaborate with the remote team to stay aligned on goals.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented and genuinely motivated to help customers.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with a distributed team.

Required skills

• Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
