About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our fully remote team as a Customer Service Representative. You will be the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering prompt assistance and building lasting relationships through phone calls and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient support in both French and English across multiple channels.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and resolve customer inquiries calmly.

Required profile

Required skills
