French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our fully remote customer service team. You will act as the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers, delivering assistance via phone and live chat while upholding our brand’s reputation for quality support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly assistance in both French and English across voice calls and live‑chat channels.

Required profile

Required skills
