French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual customer service representative to join our fully remote team. You will act as the trusted voice for French‑speaking customers, delivering clear information and solutions through phone calls and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English, handling a wide range of inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers to effective resolutions.
• Document every interaction accurately to ensure continuity of service.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve processes and products.
• Collaborate with remote teammates, staying aligned on goals and priorities.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• At least 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact centre.
• Patient, detail‑oriented, and motivated to help customers.
• Ability to work independently in a quiet home office.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify support platforms.
