French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our fully remote customer service team. You will act as the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers, delivering clear information and effective solutions through voice calls and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English across multiple channels.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer inquiries with patience and accuracy.
• Document all interactions in the support system to maintain a complete service record.
• Share customer feedback to help improve processes, products, and overall experience.
• Collaborate with remote teammates to stay aligned on goals and priorities.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Ability to work independently while communicating clearly with a distributed team.
• Reliable high‑speed internet (≥25 Mbps) and a quiet workspace for calls.

Required skills

• Experience with Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify support platforms.
