Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual professional to join our remote customer support team. You will assist French‑speaking customers via phone and live chat, turning inquiries and issues into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot product, order, and technical issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document every interaction accurately in our CRM system.
• Identify recurring problems and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads to stay aligned on priorities and brand standards.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm under pressure with a strong focus on solutions.
• Reliable internet (minimum 25 Mbps) and a quiet workspace.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify (or similar platforms).
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM tools.
