Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a remote French‑English bilingual representative to assist customers through voice calls and live chat. You will help track orders, answer product questions, and resolve issues while delivering a friendly, empathetic experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely support in French and English via calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer problems with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Accurately document every interaction in our CRM.
• Identify recurring issues and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand professionally and with cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM systems is a plus.

• Experience with Gorgias.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Shopify.
