Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a fluent French-English speaker to join our remote customer support team. As a Customer Support Specialist you will be the first point of contact for French-speaking customers, handling inbound calls, live chat and email with professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide top-tier support in French and English via voice, chat and email.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver effective, customer-first resolutions.
• Build strong relationships through clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Calm and solution-focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM systems is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Experience with Shopify or comparable e-commerce tools.
