Senior Infrastructure Lead

About the role

The Senior Infrastructure Lead will represent the Infrastructure Manager and serve as the primary point of contact for infrastructure operations, technical coordination, incidents, vendors, and projects.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main focal point for infrastructure incidents, changes, projects, and escalations.
• Manage and support Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Microsoft 365.
• Manage Linux servers, VMware virtualization infrastructure, and Veeam backup and recovery.
• Support Lenovo compute infrastructure, IBM SAN storage, IBM tape library, and Huawei network infrastructure.
• Monitor infrastructure availability, performance, capacity, and security.
• Lead troubleshooting and coordinate resolution of critical incidents.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers.

Required profile

• 12–15 years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Strong hands‑on experience across Microsoft, Linux, VMware, Veeam, Lenovo, IBM storage, tape library, and Huawei technologies.
• Proven troubleshooting, leadership, and vendor‑management skills.
• Experience in critical infrastructure operations and incident management.
• Good communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
