Virtual Customer Support Agent (French/English) – Remote

About the role

TalentPop App is seeking enthusiastic bilingual professionals to join its remote team as Virtual Customer Support Agents. In this role you will interact with customers in both French and English, delivering prompt and courteous assistance while working from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in French and English.
• Assist customers with order issues, technical questions, and general support requests.
• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service in every interaction.
• Navigate and document cases using Zendesk and Salesforce platforms.

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency at C1/C2 level in French and English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in BPO, call centre, or SaaS environments.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
• Stable home office setup with reliable internet (≥25 Mbps), a quiet workspace, and a quality headset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Zendesk.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Experience using CRM platforms and online support tools.
