Freelance Somali Data Trainer

About the role

We are seeking detail‑oriented freelancers to join an AI data annotation project. As a Somali Data Trainer you will review pre‑seeded questions paired with images and provide accurate “golden” answers based solely on what you observe in each image.

Key responsibilities

• Examine each image together with its associated question (e.g., “What is the title of the Excel file shown?”).
• Provide a clear, precise answer that reflects the visual information only.
• Flag any images that are blurry, corrupted, or insufficient for answering.
• Maintain consistency and quality across all assigned tasks.
• Follow project‑specific guidelines and rubrics provided by the team.

Required profile

• Native or strong proficiency in Somali.
• Fluent English reading and writing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow written instructions precisely.
• Reliable computer and internet connection.
• Prior experience with data annotation, labeling, or quality review is a plus.
