About the role

TalentPop is seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join its fully remote team. You will handle customer inquiries via chat and email, delivering clear, courteous assistance and ensuring a smooth experience for our users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional support in French and English through chat and email.
• Assist customers with orders, inquiries, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and maintain precise records.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent, high‑quality service.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent written and reading comprehension in French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (e‑commerce a plus).
• Strong written communication, detail‑oriented, and organized.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
