French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. In this remote position you will interact with customers via phone and live chat, helping them track orders, understand products and resolve issues while delivering a friendly and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in French and English through voice calls and live‑chat channels.
• Troubleshoot customer problems, guide users step‑by‑step toward solutions, and ensure issues are fully resolved.
• Accurately log every interaction in our ticketing system.
• Identify recurring trends, share feedback and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and product updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support platforms.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
