Nail Technician / Nail Artist – Full‑time in Djibouti

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Nail Technician / Nail Artist to join our salon in Djibouti. The role focuses on delivering advanced nail services and artistic designs while maintaining high hygiene standards and providing excellent client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Perform professional nail services including acrylic, gel, Polygel extensions and Russian Manicure using e‑file techniques.
• Create high‑quality Babyboomer, French and complex nail art designs tailored to client preferences and current trends.
• Maintain consistency, precision and attention to detail in all nail preparations, applications, shaping, finishing and after‑care.
• Provide client consultations, recommend suitable treatments and products, and ensure a welcoming, personalized experience.
• Uphold strict hygiene and safety protocols, clean and disinfect tools, and keep the workstation organized.
• Support the salon with basic to intermediate haircare/styling or body massage/facial services as needed.

Required profile

• Certification in Nail Technology, Nail Art, Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology or a related field.
• Proven professional experience with advanced nail services as the primary expertise.
• Portfolio of original nail work demonstrating extensions and advanced art, with clear photos or videos.
• Basic to intermediate skills in haircare/styling OR body massage/facials (preferred).
• Strong understanding of nail hygiene, sanitation and safety practices.
